Before you start

Gather partnership goals, assets you can offer, audience access, volunteering or in-kind opportunities, content capacity, potential partners and your team's resourcing limits. Think about what partners are looking for, not just what your organisation needs.

What to do next

Use the finished framework internally to shape partnership conversations, proposals and benefit fulfilment. Before sharing anything externally, translate it into polished sponsorship or partnership materials and confirm resourcing.
