This policy applies to all paid memberships on the Humph platform (www.humph.com.au), operated by Humph (ABN 71 879 072 257). By subscribing to a paid membership, you agree to the terms below.
Paid memberships (Toolkit and Partner) automatically renew at the end of each billing period (monthly or annual) unless cancelled before the renewal date. You will be charged using the payment method on file. You can view your next renewal date in your account dashboard.
You may cancel your membership at any time via your account dashboard. Upon cancellation, your access to paid features will continue until the end of your current billing period. No further charges will be made after cancellation takes effect. Humph does not offer partial refunds for unused time within a billing period.
In accordance with Australian Consumer Law, you have a 48-hour cooling-off period from the time of purchase, provided you have not accessed any paid content or features. If you have accessed paid content within that 48-hour period, the cooling-off right no longer applies.
To exercise your cooling-off right, contact us at hello@humph.com.au within 48 hours of purchase, before accessing any paid content. We will process a full refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
If Humph fails to deliver the service as described, you may be entitled to a remedy under the Australian Consumer Law consumer guarantee provisions. This includes situations where the service is not fit for purpose, not as described, or not provided with due care and skill.
To request a remedy under Australian Consumer Law, contact us at hello@humph.com.au with details of the issue. We will assess your request and respond within 5 business days.
Annual subscriptions are billed in full upfront. If you cancel an annual subscription, you will not receive a refund for the remaining months of your annual term. Your access to paid features will continue until the end of the period you have paid for.
Refunds for annual subscriptions are only available under the 48-hour cooling-off period (where no content has been accessed) or where Australian Consumer Law guarantees apply.
